2. Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Take reasonable steps to notify the user who uploaded the material.
Retain the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers as outlined in our Terms of Service.
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you are a user whose content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@storybooksfm.com. Your counter-notice must include:
