- How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content hosted on StoryBooksFM.com infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification of the claimed infringement to our support team at support@storybooksfm.com.
Your notice must include the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the work that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material: Provide the exact URL or location on our website where the material you claim is infringing is located.
Contact Information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement: Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
2. Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Take reasonable steps to notify the user who uploaded the material.
Retain the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers as outlined in our Terms of Service.
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you are a user whose content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@storybooksfm.com. Your counter-notice must include:
Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or for any judicial district in which StoryBooksFM.com may be found).
Your physical or electronic signature.
